It starts with you contacting me via phone or e-mail.
It's useful to have an informal phone conversation with potential clients, so I can get a sense of the type of help you’re looking for and to answer any questions you may have.
The first therapy session is an opportunity for us to discuss what brings you to therapy and how you’re wanting things to be different in your life. This session gives you a chance to see if working with me feels like a good fit for you.
We designate the last 10 minutes to discuss and develop an action plan going forward.
Sessions are charged at $85. Sessions last for 60 minutes.
